Stage 1: Familiarisation and planning

During the first stage we assess your brand and explore the strengths and weaknesses of your business, marketplace and competition. Research is based on both face-to face activity and non-personal environments such as websites, research and PR. We talk with your key personnel, thought-leaders and customers. Only by understanding the foundations of the brand are we able to make recommendations, so this initial research is critical to the success of our work.

Stage 2: Development of design framework
At this stage we establish your communication strategy, based on our understanding of your brand and your business objectives. We also document your company vision, values, competitor positioning, core proposition and ultimately, the personality of the brand, its tone of voice and some broad suggestions of what your brand looks like. This includes proposing suitable graphics, typography, colour palettes, imagery and layouts for your brand and marketing materials to use.

Stage 3: Delivery and implementation of design strategy
Once your brand is defined and the design strategy documented, we assemble a team of senior-level creative professionals that are hand-picked for you.
